Pedra Branca Goes To Singapore
Finally, after so many donkey years of dispute which formally started way back in 1979 and submitting the case to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) for hearing, ICT has decided that Pedra Branca's sovereignty belongs to Singapore.
It's a good thing Singapore has won. I only wonder how much money has the government spent on this case over the decades to finally get this favorable verdict.

Hmm should ask how did the Malaysian people feel after 28 years of fighting at the cost of tax payer money only to receive nothing but just a middle rock.
Still I'm not happy with it. It's either we lose or get everything. Not split it into two. They get a useless rock but might as well give us everything.
I believe the amount spent is nothing compared to what we could have lost in investments.. who really knows.. only elite few.
obviously the government views Pedra Branca's location as being strategically important to monitor the movement of ships that move through the surrounding territorial waters and to protect Singapore's sovereignty. Strategically important enough to spend huge sums of money to fight to keep it.
Regarding how much we have lost in Suzhou and Shin Corp investments, we should not assume too much as no official stats have shown the loss.
That land is now official belongs to us. Some Johorean losers tried to debate this in the Parliament but was blocked by the Speaker. Well done.
To Liu Huang Di: Yaloh. Now Malaysia still claims it will present evidence to prove that Pedra Branca belongs to them even after ICJ has passed its verdict.
