First For Car Care? Last For Efficiency

Went to Comfort Delgro to report the accident last Saturday. The lady there told me they would get back to me the latest by following Tuesday.

Yesterday (Tuesday), a guy by the name of Patrick from there called me and said, “Sorry wrong number” and hung up.

This morning I had to go to the workshop again to get things moving.

Patrick told me I had to wait until Monday before I can send my car in for damage assessment to be done by a surveyor.

It’s just crappy. Things are just moving at snail pace.

The only reason why I picked this workshop is because it is just opposite my office at Ubi.

That's why I would NEVER buy car insurance from NTUC. They'll send the cars to Comfort Delgro for repairs, and they're super slow.

To LIS: Is it any wonder why NTUC Insurance has the largest market share in terms of Singapore's motor insurance? Then again, Comfort-Delgro isn't the only workshop approved by NTUC Insurance.

And the only reason why i choose NTUC Insurance is because its premiums are the cheapest :p

It seems like motorists who insist on sending their cars to workshops not approved by NTUC are chalking up heftier repair bills and this in turns translate to higher premiums for all motorists across the board. Not fair right? :p

Motorists who are well-to-do would usually buy motor insurance from AIA. While the rest who are not so well-to-do would stick to NTUC.

To LIS: That's why you approach such a bus-stop you must slow down; drive slowly; prepare to give way to the fat-ass bus.

It's very troublesome having to check your rear view mirror 1st b4 you jam brake right? If the car behind is moving fast and close behind your ass, you would probably not jam brake suddenly. But if the car behind is quite far away or traveling slowly, then you can afford to jam brake abruptly.
