Logo for Beijing 2008 Olympic?
Looks more like logo for getting execute by Firing squad to me.
It's a joke. Of course it really is the logo for Beijing 2008 Olympics. Some anti-China bugger disgusted with China's record for executing the most criminals in the world must have come up with this comic.

Some criminal must be execute. perhaps they are one of those 100% pro liberals, human rights, pacifist group.
Surprisingly the logo does not look good when there are countless artists there.
